Customer Reviews
“When you first get the unit, they are so nice and quick to help you, but when it comes to customer service needs, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE OR MSGS. After 2 yrs I'm paying insane amount of $, almost 3 times...I've been trying to get a smaller [and cheap] unit for long time and no one picks calls unless you're someone looking to rent a unit. Finally yesterday a guy picked my call and told me "is a long process to switch to another unit + I have to pay + it has to be the same day I will move things....THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!.”
“Was really easy to rent a storage space .”
